    1999 Classic Telly Winner - Gary Wheeler, Talent for NIH Radiation Safety Video "Radman and Labman" To commemorate the 20th Anniversary of the Telly Awards, a special national competition honoring outstanding non-network television commercials & programs, and non-broadcast videos and film production was held, in which the best work from the past 20 years was eligible.
